About Me

My name is Josh Quigley, Co-Founder of Rewind Church in Buford, Georgia and I am an Authentic Church Leader.  I help leaders live authentically so that they are confident in delivering the message of hope to the lost, the hurting and the next generation.
Have you been burned out from doing ministry? Have you ever been taken advantage of by leaders? Are you at the place where you don’t even want to go to church? Me too. I found myself not wanting to go to church because of the annoying politics, the artificial show, the concealed insecurities, the emphasis of the name on the building rather than the importance of the people in it, the constant manipulation of tithing, and the secret lives that leaders live.
My story is one of secrets, public humiliation, broken relationships, addiction, and true reconciliation. I was becoming the reason why I didn’t want to go to church, yet I still believed in the greater vision God has for the church. Knowing that I was heading down the wrong path, God saw it fit to deal with my secrets and addictions publicly, which led me to the place of total authenticity with myself, the people around me and other peers.
After making a life-changing decision to become a confident and authentic leader, I experienced freedom, healing, forgiveness, and a renewed vision. I realized that things were about to change. Suddenly, I found myself having conversations with leaders, staff and friends which resulted in true confession, brokenness, healing, and restoration.
Under the current model, we have leaders who want to make a difference, but are confined by the way things have always been done. The myth leaders often believe is if they make a life-changing decision to become an authentic leader they will be rejected and people may leave. The new model has leaders choosing to be authentic, therefore releasing others to do the same.
